I bring a combination of hands-on technical experience, problem-solving skills, and deep local knowledge to my work in commercial real estate. Before entering the industry, I spent 20 years as an IBEW electrician and advanced to Electrical Superintendent in nuclear power maintenance, where precision, accountability, and coordinating complex projects were part of my everyday responsibilities.
I’ve been a licensed real estate agent since 2017, and my focus is on commercial sales and leasing with an emphasis on building strong business relationships and helping clients develop and grow their investment portfolios. I enjoy working with owners, tenants, and investors to find practical solutions that create long-term value.
Having lived in this area my entire life, I have strong familiarity with the local market and surrounding communities, which allows me to provide grounded, real-world insight when evaluating opportunities.
Outside of real estate, I’m an avid home cook and enjoy basketball, strength training, motorcycle riding, camping, and spending time with my two children. I also carry forward the discipline and values I learned early on as a former Boy Scout.
My approach is straightforward: understand my clients’ goals, rely on real-world experience, and work hard to deliver results that make sense both now and long term.
