Hey! I’m Shane Childers and I work primarily with clients on investment and commercial focused real estate. I come from a background of small business ownership and personally invest in real estate throughout Lafayette and surrounding areas. I was born and raised in Lafayette and earned a bachelors in financial planning from Purdue in 2009. Post graduation I moved to Fort Wayne, IN where I founded a home service business ‘ARC Window Treatments & Tinting’ with my wife that she still operates today. After relocating back to Lafayette in 2020, I decided to turn my passion for real estate investing into a business dedicated to servicing clients interested in the Lafayette and surrounding areas. Outside of identifying and evaluating property, you will either find me spending time with my family or training for an IRONMAN triathlon.
